So what is it that I can do for you

and what is it like to have a mentor?


    First, if you are like most people you believe that the process of figuring out who you are and how to have success is something you must do on our own.  That asking for help is either seen as a weakness, unnecessary, outside of your comfort zone or you’re the person that says, “why do I need to pay someone to help me?”  Did you go to school to learn what you are doing today?  Did you pay for that?  Let’s face it, no one likes to take money out their pocket, we only like to put it in.  But, what you may not realize is this.  The longer you take to get to success the less money you will make.  The sooner you get to the level of success you deserve the more you will make.  Is sooner better?  You bet it is.


    While I can’t speak about other coaches or mentors I can tell you why I can help you and what it takes from both of us. 

First, I have more than 40 years of experience in business in sales, marketing, management and operations.

Second, through success and failure I’ve learned what works and what doesn’t and who and where to go to for answers.

Third, I know that this is all about you and your getting results and seeing success quickly.

Fourth, you need to be open, receptive and willing to do some work.


Here’s how we begin.


    I will send you a form asking you a number of questions so I can understand a little about you and your vision.  There are no right or wrong answers. Then we schedule a time to discuss your vision and to assess whether I AM THE RIGHT PERSON TO HELP YOU and if YOU ARE READY AND RECEPTIVE TO BEING MENTORED.  This part is Free!

    Next, based on your answers to the questionnaire and so you get the most of our time together I give you an assignment and we schedule our first mentoring call.  Another Freebie. I have unlimited long distance throughout the USA and use Skype.  So I can CONNECT with you anywhere in the world for free.  For this reason I usually initiate our calls together – but I make sure you have my office phone, too.

    By the time we have our first mentoring call, I often already have CLUES about why you're having challenges and why you’re holding back from reaching a goal or the level of success you desire.  So on our first call you’ll get to see why you are stuck or why things seem overwhelming.  I’ll give you simple, step-by-step ways to start turning it around.  I’ll encourage you to ask questions and SUPPORT you in being your own person.  Authentically you.  I'm intuitive and skilled at reading people and circumstances – so I can identify challenges you haven’t even told me about yet.

    We talk on the phone together weekly.  Most of my calls with mentoring clients last about an hour.  Sometimes I might sneak in an extra ten minutes or so.  I want to make sure we don’t end our call together until you are CLEAR, your questions are answered and you know what to do next. 

    With most clients part of your homework the first month will include more than our one-on-one calls together.

So you want to be the best?

        Here it is in a nutshell.  If you want to “Be the Best,” then “Be the Best.”  Not the answer  you were expecting?  I didn’t think so. While we all have the ability to be great it usually takes a “Quantum Shift” in our perspective and our thinking to make that change to get to the next level of success, whether it’s the next rung on the corporate ladder or to be the best salesperson or the greatest teacher, etc.
